BAA’s Winter Workshop- December 27-29, 2023
Be prepared to leap into the New Year with 3 days of dance classes taught by amazing faculty
Open to ALL area dancers – Come stay in shape over the break! We have two age groups for the Winter Workshop, ages 13 and up and 8-12 year olds.
13 and up: Tue, Wed, Thurs 10 am – 12:30 pm
$120 for all 3 days / Drop in for $45 each day
8-12 year olds: Tue, Wed, Thurs 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
$48 for all 3 days / Drop in for $20 each day
Workshop Schedule (subject to change):
Ages 13 and up: Check in 9:30 am each day
Tuesday 10:00 am – 11:30 am Ballet Technique, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm Variations
Wednesday 10:00 am – 11:30 am Ballet Technique, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm Guided Improv
Thursday 10:00 am – 11:30 am Ballet Technique, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm Pilates Mat Work
Ages 8-12: Check in 9:30 am each day
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30-1:30 Ballet Technique

The BAA Winter Workshop will take place December 27-29 at Hilton Head Ballroom Studios, 1300 Fording Island Rd, Bluffton, SC, 29910. Dancers 13 and above are invited to our full Winter Workshop, Tuesday – Thursday 10 am – 12:30 pm. Dancers 8-12 are welcome at our Junior Workshop from Tuesday – Thursday 12:30 – 1:30 pm.
Attire: Female-identifying- leotard and tights or unitard; Male-identifying- t-shirt and shorts or tights, or unitard. All hair should be secured out of your face, longer hair in a bun or French twist please. Dancers may change or add a t-shirt/ pants for Pilates and Improv. All dancers should have technique shoes. Dancers 13 + should also bring socks and can wear pointe shoes for center work and variations should they choose.
Payment accepted: Cash, Checks (made out to BAA) and Venmo (Meg-Eberly-1)
Dancers can send cash or checks to BAA, 123 Persimmon St, Bluffton, SC, 29910 or bring payment with you to check in, which will occur 30 minutes before your class start time.
